Walking Therapy with Hike Tribe X Jo Woods

Walking Therapy is a guided therapeutic walking experience hosted by Hike Tribe's Chloe Favre, with Jo Woods as facilitator.

Grounded in the Latin proverb Solvitur ambulando — it is solved by walking. This practice recognises the deep connection between mind and body: how we process emotions, shape our stories, fall into patterns, and make decisions. Through silent walking, sensory pauses, and reflective prompts, the nervous system settles and perspective naturally widens.

The goal isn't to solve your problems as you walk — though that may well happen. It's about creating the right conditions for awareness and insight to emerge, and for clarity to become possible, whatever you are working through.
