Event Details

Date: 20th June 2026
Time:
9 am - 12 pm
Location: Yarra Bend Park

Nestled within Yarra Bend, a beautiful stretch of bushland just 4km from Melbourne’s city centre, this experience takes place along the trails of the Birrarung, where nature meets the urban landscape. This beginner-friendly hike follows scenic paths with gentle hills and some uneven terrain, offering an accessible yet immersive setting.

The experience begins with a guided walk into nature, helping you disconnect from daily pace and reconnect with your senses. As your rhythm settles, you’ll be invited to tune into your surroundings — the textures, sounds, and movement of the environment.

Partway through the hike, we’ll pause for a first guided coaching session (approximately 15 minutes), introducing reflection and awareness.

We then continue deeper into the park before a second sensorial coaching moment, offering a quieter, more introspective pause.

The walk loops back to the starting point, where we’ll close the experience with time to share reflections over warm tea and cake.

What’s Included

  • An 8km guided hike

  • Group coaching sessions by Jo Woods

  • Full public liability insurance

  • First Aid

  • Refreshments at the end
